FAQ
How can you save money on renovation without compromising quality?
Prepare a detailed work plan and set the budget in advance. This will help you control expenses and avoid unplanned purchases.
Why is a project necessary before renovation begins?
A project defines the sequence of work, the location of utilities, the choice of finishes, and the required amount of materials. It helps prevent conflicting decisions, delays, and costly rework.
Does the client need to search for and purchase materials independently?
No. A GROUP can handle the selection and procurement of materials. You will not have to compare dozens of options, search for suppliers, or manage deliveries yourself.
Нow are renovation timelines determined?
Timelines are calculated before work begins, taking into account the size of the property, the complexity of the project, the scope of work, material delivery times, and required technical drying or curing periods.
Can the renovation timeline change?
Yes. Hidden defects may be discovered during renovation, or material deliveries may be delayed. If this affects the schedule, we will inform the client in advance, explain the reason, and agree on revised deadlines.
Can the renovation cost increase?
The estimate may change if the client adds new work, chooses different materials, or previously unknown problems are discovered at the property. All changes are discussed and approved in advance.
What should be done if the budget needs to be revised?
We will suggest ways to optimize it: select alternative materials, adjust individual solutions, or postpone some non-essential work until a later stage.
Which types of work should not be carried out without experience?
Electrical, plumbing, engineering systems, and complex finishing work should be entrusted to qualified professionals. Mistakes at these stages may affect safety and require expensive repairs.
How long does a DIY renovation take?
Without relevant experience, renovation often takes longer than expected. Time is spent learning construction techniques, finding tools, purchasing materials, and correcting mistakes.
What happens if defects appear after a DIY renovation?
You will have to correct them yourself and at your own expense. When working with a professional company, the procedure for correcting defects is specified in the contract and supported by a warranty.
